Desktop Publishing : Baby's Birthday Party

We had to remove a candle in the cake and from the baby's leg, fix the spots on the ladybug, remove the balloons and guy behind the girls head, remove the spots on tori's skin, and remove the kid's foot in the left side of the picture. i used the healing brush to remove the leg and spots from the cake. i used the patch and the clone tool to remove the balloons. i used the spot healing on the candle. i also took the followers out behind tori. i also used the patch and clone tool to remove those.
